Apr 24 - 26
Thursday, April 24, 2025 - Saturday, April 26, 2025 Live in Kansas City
Kansas City, Missouri

Trial lawyers are not born. They train, practice, and perfect. Every year, at the end of April, in Kansas City, Missouri, immigration attorneys assemble to elevate immigration courtroom practice. This year’s trial college looks at how trial skills can be used to demand justice for detained clients. With expectations that detentions will rise, immigration trial lawyers must be ready to meet the challenge. This intense trial advocacy program gives practitioners real cases, real witnesses, and real courtrooms to hone their trial skills using practical drills and storytelling theories. Unlike any other program offered, the Immigration Court Trial Advocacy College keeps the student-to-faculty ratio small to give practitioners the most one-on-one mentorship opportunities possible. With top litigators, former BIA members, and former Immigration Judges as faculty, this is about trial lawyers helping trial lawyers. Learn, practice, and perfect your winning skills! PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTICIPANTS MUST BE WILLING TO STAY FOR ALL THREE DAYS. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU CAN NOT STAY ALL THREE DAYS.

The last day for a refund is April 4, 2025. NO REFUNDS AFTER THAT DATE.

The program is pre-approved for 20.4 CLE credit hours in MO, including 1.2 ethics credits. 20.4 credit hours for KS, including 1 hour of ethics has been requested and that request is pending.
